SOFITEL’S CRAYFISH PARTY 2018

Get ready for the most fun feast this year as NordCham Philippines partners with Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila for the Crayfish Party 2018!

On September 8 at 6PM, Sofitel’s Harbor Garden Tent will be transformed into a coastal Viking village complete with a wide array of alcoholic beverage (San Miguel, Martin Miller, Engkanto, and Absolut) – and lots of food, of course!

Apart from bountiful servings of crayfish, expect other Nordic specialties such as salmon gravadlax with honey dill mustard sauce, crispy roast whole pork, smoked tuna with capers, Swedish meatballs with lingon jam, janssons temptation, toscakaka, plus different kinds of pickled herring and quiche.

There will also be music care of The Bloomfields.

What’s nice is that proceeds of the Crayfish Party will be donated to the Chosen Children Village, a foundation dedicated towards providing a home environment and a care facility for physically and mentally challenged kids.
